By accessing luckcord.com, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02.Products & Descriptions

• All bracelets are 100% handwoven. Slight variations in knot tension, spacing, and finish are a natural part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
• Brass coins may develop a natural patina over time. This is expected and adds character to the piece.
• Product images are for reference. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

03.Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is shipped.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers.

04.Orders & Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud.

05.Shipping & Delivery

• Free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum.
• Orders are hand-packed and ship within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
• Canada, Australia & worldwide: 10–20 business days

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays.

06.Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging.
• To initiate a return, email info@luckcord.com with your order number and reason.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover the return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

07.Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by LuckCord or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our prior written permission.

08.Cultural Disclaimer

Our bracelets are cultural and decorative items. The Five Emperor Coins, red string, and vajra knot carry traditional symbolism rooted in Chinese culture. However, we make no claims that they provide physical protection, cure illness, or guarantee any specific outcome.

They are worn as a personal reminder of hope, tradition, and the small rituals that make everyday life meaningful. If you have a health or safety concern, please consult a qualified professional.

09.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckCord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
